Why I’m on Couchsurfing

CS is a great place to meet like-minded people.

Interactions that are solely based on the desire to help each other and a genuine interest in the other person's life are nicer than interactions based on the expectation of monetary compensation.

I want to stop being a tourist and become a traveler.

I will not tell you much about the city and culture. Whatever tourists usually want to know about when visiting a new city - not so interesting to talk about for me. Sorry. You can still come and spend the night though.
