Hello! My name is Irina. I like to travel and meet interesting people. I know Russian and Ukrainian languages, a little in English and a little Spanish. I was born and lived for almost 20 years in Transnistria (very small unrecognized republic between Moldova and Ukraine).
I graduated bachelor degree in graphic design in Izhevsk, and now I study in Moscow at the 2 year master. I study visual cultural studies, it is very interesting.
In 2014-2015, I helped students from Spain to adapt in Russia. We became good friends, and then I and my boyfriend traveled to Spain and met with them.
In July 2016 I went to summer school to Solovki (an island in the White Sea), it was an unforgettable trip! There's extraordinary nature and the magical midnight sun !!! I want to go there again!

I'm on CouchSurfing because I love to travel and communicate with people. It's more interesting than staying in a hotel, because the owner can show the city to talk about the country's culture, sample the local cuisine and give advice on travel. So do you find new friends and get to know the city. As I like to tell about the culture and the fate of my country (surprising, but it does not exist on the world map).

I like listening to music, drawing (I'm a designer), I love animals. I like to help people communicate with people.
I like to swim, but unfortunately did not live near the sea :-) In my spare time I read or walk around the city, I love the warm and hot weather (do not like the cold Russian winter long).
Very often my friends and I go to the film festival, or watch interesting movies at home. Movies and good music - it's my passion!
Also, I like to cook a delicious meal). I can cook dishes of Russian, Ukrainian and Moldavian cuisine.
