Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why not? it's an amazing opportunity to meet locals, and to get an authentic experience.
I am staying in Johannesburg, South Africa for a couple of months, since my boyfriend is doing some work here. I hope to find some people to hang out with, maybe to go on some trips together, and to show me some good places around Johannesburg.
I am a passionate dancer, so I am hoping to meet someone with the same interest, so I might be able to join some classes.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like music that makes me move. Mostly I listen to: Reggae, Dancehall, Reggaeton, Afropop, R'n'B, Hip Hop.. I also enjoy electronic music.

I like good movies. There's too many cheap ones. French movies are good most times. I like independant movies

It's been long since I read a non-studybook. I love reading, but rarely give myself time for it. At the moment I am reading Dalai Lama's "the way to happiness".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hunted porcupines and danced for the president in Tanzania.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some Swahili, or some Tanzanian dancing or drumming. I can also give you tips for training, stretching and injuries, or get you started on training handstand.
Right now I am very much into learning acrobatics such as acroyoga, handstand and aerial silk. I also want to learn the language Twi, which they speak in Ghana, where my boyfriend comes from.
