I'm a 22 year old student in engineering who loves travelling. I am from France where I've lived in Aubagne (the city of the writer Marcel Pagnol, next to Marseille), Paris and Lille. I enjoy life in big cities for the leisure they offer : theatre, museums, opera... But I also need nature and long hike sometimes! Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm at the end of my studies and I realize that I've never seen several continents! I want to rectify such a lack! But I think the only way to discover a country is to meet the people there.
So when I first read about CouchSurfing, I realised it was perfectly what I was looking for! A wayto meet people, share a meal, a discussion...

Music, Movies, and Books

About music I must admit I have no specific taste, I like nearly everything (excpets maybe rap!). Some of my friends don't understand how I can go to a reggae festival one day and to an opera the next one, but that's what I like anyway!

From movies, I started last year to get some cinematographic culture with the help of a passionate friend! I'm still in black and white movies because I have always things to do so I don't watch movies very often, but I discovered that I was found of Wes Anderson as movie director (the one who directed the Grand Budapest Hotel). He's awesome!

For books, I love reading to much to tell just a few titles... But I read everything all the name (when I was young, I thus acquired the incredible gift of being able to look both at my book and my path at the same time, and ever since I'm able to walk while reading with nearly no accident). To quote just a few writers (sorry for all the others), I love Racine, Dumas, Sartre, Pennac... Thanks all of you for your life work!
