After my first long trip from Germany to Asia which I did with a friend, I decided now to head out again with my bike - alone. I plan to travel for a year and I am usually camping but sometimes I need an indoor place to stay. Before I started bike touring I was already traveling solo for many years with my backpack. I am very curious about other cultures and love to meet people from all over the world and obviously I have a lot of funny stories to tell. I believe travelling is a great way to meet new people and see how many things connect us instead of tearing us apart (I'm a political activist in the field of anti discrimination and stigmatisation since a long time).

I carry all my camping gear so I don't even need a bed, as long as there is a floor somewhere and as long as I can store my bike somewhere safe. I can also camp in your garden.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hosted people from all over the world already (not only via couchsurfing but other portals) and I love to make them feel home and learn from what they have to tell

I lived in asia for a while where i studied thai at a language school. I love traveling and have seen over 40 countries so far. At home I do basically all kinds of physical exercise (mainly cycling and hiking), i love to go out and meet people from all over the world (easy in Berlin). I'm into arts of all kinds and also love cooking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Getting rescued by helicopter from a top of a mountain. Adopting my cats from a shelter to give them a better life. I am volunteering since 20 years in many different areas. I once hosted two refugees from mali who slept on the streets for 2 weeks in my place. I just found my own NGO.
