About Me
Hello there! I'm Iris, glad to meet you.
In my heart I will always be a small town girl from the U.S, but for the past five years I've been living, studying, and now working in Beijing. Throughout my years here, I've made lots of international friends, have learned a lot about the world, and so occasionally like to get out and experience it.
I'm a simple girl who loves doggies and spicy food.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To be honest, I don't get out much when I'm at home, but I also get bored easily and crave a change of pace
and surroundings. I have been both blessed and cursed with having to travel out of the country every now and then, and wanted an alternative, inexpensive accommodation option. Couch Surfing sounded pretty perfect. So here I am!
But of course, I can't expect to only take and not give, so I've opened up my home for hosting as well. I often host friends and family members who need a place to crash, so why not open it up for some friendly, clean strangers too.
