About Me

CURRENT MISSION

being on every continent for one month or longer at least once

ABOUT ME

who am i - i'm a young woman that loves travelling.

For the last 10 years I didn't have the chance to travel that much, but i still want to travel to every continent at least once and by traveling there i don't mean just staying somewhere for a week. it should be at least for a month.

i love teaching other people (school, dancing, unicycling, various different stuff) because it is a wonderful feeling to see the joy people can find in learning things. but what i love most in teaching is what i can learn through it. the one who learns most is the teacher himself/herself. I think I am and will always be a teacher and student in everything there is.

PHILOSOPHY

"The whole world must be looked upon as one single country, all the nations as one nation, all men as belonging to one race. Religions, races, and nations are all divisions of man's making only..." (Abdu'l-Baha, Paris Talks)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Until now i've just hosted.
But as soon as I'm free to travel, hopefully that will change :)

Interests

far too much to follow-up all of them. working with people (specially with kids and youth), music (playing and listening), dancing, sports, rock climbing, unicycling and other circus-stuff, cooking, travelling, religion, animals, getting to know new people and loads of other stuff i won't list for that would take too long

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being on a 60 hours bus trip from lusaka (zambia) to kampala (uganda).
Seeing kilimanjaro with the top hidden in clouds.
Having 30 pairs of eyes directed towards me in trance-like fascination while telling 30 children a story about a lonely little star and his adventures.
Living in Belgrade for 4 months without knowing even yes and no in serbian and without being able to read cyrillic letters when i arrived there.
Holding barn owls, eagle owls, falcons, buzzards, ... in your hands, observing them watching you and feeling their soft feathers, feeding babybirds with a syringe and many other things i've had the chance to do at EKPAZ.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Slovakia, Spain, Tanzania, Uganda, United Kingdom, Zambia

Countries I’ve Lived In

Austria, Serbia
