CURRENT MISSION

in the moment I travel in brasil. I hope I will be able to see different parts of the country, listen to personal stories, tasting brasilien food and dance to the music.

ABOUT ME
I am a quiet person who loves good conversation and good company.
I am not good in small talking, but I like conversation about different subjects like politics, music, art or philosophy.
I am interested in different point of views.
I like to spend my time with nice people around me but I also can enjoy time alone.
I spend my time walking around in cities and explore them without a plan, ending up in a nice cafe enjoying a drink there and watch the people passing by.

I adore music, but I won t say, that there is one special style I am listening to. If I like a song always depends on the moment. But I can say that I like handmade music, especially when it s live on the street.

PHILOSOPHY
I think getting an idea of different perspectives, different ways to see things helps us to understand each other. Travelling is for me a good way to get an idea of different ways of life and helps me to open my horizon.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think CS is a great idea, if someone wants to travel to my hometown i m happy to offer a possibility to stay or to have an interessting conversation.

I also love travellin very cheap and close to the people who live in the country i travel to. So i like both: surfing and hosting

Unfortunately until now I didn t use it a lot.

Interests

I enjoy reading books, play the piano, hang around with friends, good conversations, sport, going to the cinema or spend the nights on partys. I prefer drum n bass and electro sound
but my favourite interest are books. I can spend hours in book shops just to discover whats new.
The last time I read more and more poetry. ..

Music, Movies, and Books

i love reading,
some af my favourite writers are Alice Munro, Albert Camus, Heinrich Böll, Haruki Murakami and Hiromi Kawakami

i enjoy listening to different kind of music, it depends on my mood :), when i m happy i love happy music like ZAZ, when i m working i prefer quiet music like carla bruni or something like that. When i feel a bit crazy i love kind of ska or punk musik ...
on parties i love electro or drum n bassbut I think music is also something that belongs to a place.
In Portugal I learned to listen to fado, in brasil I learned about for to and sambq.
So that's another nice part of travelling; tasting the music of the country, and of course the food

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spend 10 days with my brother and sister in New York. The city was amazing and to share the stay there with family members made it really special.

I spend some days at ilha do marajo in brasil. I went thriug the river with acanu souroundet by fantastic nature. Beautiful animals I was able to see. The harmony of this place felt like a poem to me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you my language or what I know about literature. But I think teaching is more than showing or telling something. Teaching for me is to think about something together.

I always like to learn, espacially about the way people live.
