ABOUT ME

I am 23, in college. I spend most of my time outside amongst the flowers. Music makes me move and always makes me smile. I hula hoop on all occasions, and read, and drink tea, and dance. Sometimes I bike backwards in the rain. Often, I cut and glue pieces of paper to other pieces of paper to make colorful collages and cards. I often write alliterated pages of metaphorical babble in my book while wearing goofy hats. I just moved back to Missouri to finish my degree after living in Amsterdam for a year and traveling around Europe. Oh what a joyous year it was.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While living in Europe I surfed on many of my travel adventures while also hosting a few surfers as well. These days I am mostly hosting the few gems that pass through Missouri on their adventures to the sea.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While living in Europe for a year I experienced a good deal of couchsurfing/surfers. So far I have surfedabout 8 times and hosted about three times. Each time has been a magical mix of meeting new faces and happy places. CS is a wonderful network of people practicing the diminishing warmth of sharing and caring. CS is so many refreshing moments of meaningful conversations, meandering, munching, making forever friends and more!

Interests

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a hoop dancer. I make adult size hula hoops out of agricultural tubing and decorate them with colorful tape and fabric. Then I go towards the music, outside music is the best, and I spin inside my hoop grooving to melodies and magic. If we meet along the way I will always travel with my two collapsable hoops and you will certainly meet them and play too.
