Hi I am Iris. A student who loves travelling the world! I study Russian Studies. My hobbies are travelling, running and going out for dinner ( soft spot for Indian cuisine). I am super curious to learn about different cultures and languages, and I hope we can learn from each other :) I have a particular interest in history and politics, and seeing how it influences current day lives of people around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Awesome experiences and good stories from friends. I often travel solo and I see it as a good way to meet new people and make new friendships! :) I also view it as the perfect way to really experience a country and to get all the insight info you would not get if you would stay in a hotel or hostel!
