Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
live, explore, learn
ABOUT ME
All about me? indecisive, moody, messy, unorganized... and probably many other things:)
But I love: bike riding, hiking, painting & drawing (but only when I'm alone), watching good movies, especially those old ones.
What else? culture, languages, people, fun, values, impressions, moments...
PHILOSOPHY
"A man can be destroyed but not defeated."
Ernest Hemingway
Difficulties are to conquer and learn from them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host, I meet, I visit. Travelling is one of my passions where I can feel free, look at life from the distance, find some new inspirations. I would love to think that I can be someone's inspiration some day too. And I love to help people and CS gives amazing opportunity to do it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Oh my... I don't have tons of stories but every single one was an awesome experience. Every person I've met thank's to CS was just great in a different way.
It gives me hope that this world is not totally spoiled yet and that there are some thinking intelligent human beings that are looking for similar creatures to participate wonderful exeriences together.

Music, Movies, and Books
Too many to place them all here.
movies: thrillers, documents, dramas... generally I like tough stuff;)
music: pink floyd is my magic way to relax, but I can listen everything which shows someone's talent, work and willingness to create.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- Hitchhiking! Everywhere. All the time. When I did it for the first time I was so frightened. But now...now I just love it:) Just came back from 6500km trip across Southern Africa
- Saying a toast in Georgia - standing on the table, with a bowl (yes, bowl) full of wine, on the day of birth of the host's daughter
- Mussels collecting on the Scarborough beach - the best I've ever had!
- Road trip across South Africa and sleeping in the back of a bakkie
- Bungy Jump from the highest bungy bridge in the world (216m)
- Backpacking and hiking the Grand Drakensberg Traverse (3 beautiful weeks of exploring the most stunning mountain range in South Africa)
