I love: dogs, sports, food, surfing, motorbikes, dancing, and of course, I love traveling! Back in 2004, I visited Europe with a friend after graduating high school and it was one of the most fun and craziest experiences in my life. I've been a traveler ever since then.

Traveling for now. Once I get settled in back in the US, I would love to host and meet other people who are on their own travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Crashed a lot of couches. Living in NY and having friends from LA, San Diego, SF, and Hawaii makes it all the more fun. My couch back home probably has a lot of interesting stories to tell

Interests

surfing. eating. diving. bunjee-jumping. skydiving. cooking. martial arts. traveling. dancing (headbanging). exploring. traveling. meeting interesting people. learning (languages, especially). my motorcycle!

Music, Movies, and Books

Most profound book I've ever read was Victor Hugo's Les Miserables. It was great reading it in its original French because I had to take my time and read it slower. It's incredible how well he was able to capture the sentiments and feelings of that era.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I look like a famous actor. A restaurant manager thought I was him so I took a picture with him, and it's hanging on the wall in that restaurant now.

Teach, Learn, Share

i teach surfing. i was a surf instructor here in Korea. if there're waves nearby, i'll most likely offer to teach you. i'm also an amateur cook. I'm good at making: Penne Ala Vodka Sauce & German Meat & Potatoes.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm waiting to hear back from the grad schools I've applied to. Would love to host peeps once I'm settled in, don't know where yet.
