About Me

Hi! I'm Irantzu (Iru for short). I'm a Spanish woman currently travelling in Ireland. Want to have tea and talk about human nature? Then I'm your girl. I like to think I am creative and adventurous, and I strive to be kind. I am deeply spiritual (I'm a Pagan) and would love to meet like-minded people. Nature is my home, cats are my friends and reading is what I enjoy the most. (Terry Pratchett and Brandon Sanderson are now fighting for the number one author spot). I am laid-back, and try to look at the world like I am seeing it for the first time. I am serene, but give me some Irish trad music and I'll be dancing like crazy (I've been trying to find a ceilí, but to no avail so far). I don't smoke, don't drink and don't eat meat. Well, that's me. Nice to meet you!

Interests

I'm really into tabletop RPGs and LARP
Love to learn about alternative, ecological ways to live and be self-sufficient

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I am in Ireland now because I moved here to volunteer in an animal sanctuary
- I founded the Huelva branch of Greenpeace!
- I was a great taekwondo fighter
- I took opera singing lessons
- Also I've been onstage in Gran Vía, in Madrid, with a musical theatre company, performing in "The Phantom of the Opera" and in "Germinal". I managed the atrezzo for Germinal as well, which was crazy (around 40 musicians and 40 actors onstage at the same time. Veeery stressful, but very rewarding)

Countries I’ve Visited

England, Ireland, Portugal

Countries I’ve Lived In
