Overview
About Me
Hey all, I'm Isabella. Basically I've just gotten back from being abroad for a while and that's thrown my whole life into confusion. Graduated from University studying Political Science and Communications. Grew up in Las Vegas but grew up more in Chicago during university, which I now consider my home. I love languages, and mostly food and exploring cultures through food and other customs. I'm not materialistic at all, and am entertained by the little things in life. I love wine and beer (stout mostly) and listening to music.
I have a lot to learn and a lot to teach. Let's exchange.
I'm also willing to chill and learn from locals, explore, and also be on my own if need be.
Travelled for 10 months and over 20 countries. I also got to explore my culture in Iran and learned an extreme amount about myself and my family.
Still in the process of processing. But would love to give back to all those people that made my travels so memorable.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here cause I really love to be around people, and meet and learn from experiences and don't want to feel like I'm traveling alone. Couch surfers are some of the coolest people around and definitely I share a lot in common with other couch surfers.

Music, Movies, and Books
Not much on the listing of music movies and books I think it doesn't reflect what you love. But a few would be historical fiction and biographies, scifi, romantic comedies. Music that makes me tap my foot, literally. Latino beats. Books that make me question the world, what I've been taught, and reality.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I climbed a volcano in Guatemala for I don't know how many hours.
Also lived in Iran for a few months. A huge culture shock for me and something unique not many people can say they've done.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some languages and I am definitely down to learn your languages.
I can teach you to cook Persian food and Mexican food and how to feed yourself on like $3 a day haha.
I love to share my thoughts on how to improve the world, even though they will never happen.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm willing to share food and stories and adventure. Ask me anything!
Let's meet and chat or if you're able to host me that would be grand!
