About Me

I'm a 26 years old artist, producer, and some other things here and there. During the last years, I went to Film School, wrote movies and songs, produced music events and films, worked in restaurants, built computers, cooked generous dinners for happy evenings, and traveled a lot, thankfully. I'm from Brasil, but I'm living in Europe since March 2020. First, in Germany as an Anthropology student, and now in Italy. I work as a volunteer in an organic farm here in Tuscany (:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I guess I always had this urge to see the world, even when I was little. I and my parents traveled often when I was younger. That feeling of leaving home to explore a new place was, since my childhood, one of my favorite feelings.
I am registered in Couchsurfing since 2012, and I had three reviews from people I met through this website. Unfortunately, I was never able to host someone at my place, cause I was always living in shared flats with little space for guests, but I had some encounters helping foreigners in Brasil with a little tour guiding.
Now, I'm in Italy claiming my Italian citizenship. I'm learning Italian, which I can speak, but not perfect yet. And I'm eager to know the country better. But since I cannot work - besides volunteering - while going through the citizenship process, I need to travel on a budget. And I love meeting new people, hanging out with "the locals". I think it's way more interesting than staying at a hotel. I love building connections!

Interests

I guess my biggest interest is the seven billion people that share the world with me. I feel that we're truly unique, each one of us. We have different feelings, wills, truths, reasons. And I just love to watch that. No one can teach me more about the world than other people. Well, that, and watching a good movie.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music! Well, I am a dream pop, murmur pop, sorrow pop singer/composer/producer, and I produced many electronic downtempo events during the last years as well - before the pandemic. I like melodic, slow deep house, Brazilian music, Jazz, Samba, Alternative tunes... All of it!
As for books, I've been reading one by Virginia Woolf.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think I already lived something around 42 different lives in this one. I have a lot of stories. I'm spontaneous and I always manage to meet lovely people on my way. But to answer the question: I think most recently directing a film and having the braveness to leave my country to live in another continent are the achievements I'm most proud of.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a very understanding, non-judgemental person. Being a preacher of tolerance, I fully believe in being tolerant of everything besides intolerance. I want to hear your stories and tell you some of mine if you feel like it. And then, as I see it, we're learning.
I love sharing. Histories, hugs, kindness, food, laughs, tears, anything. Sharing really makes me happy.
And of course, if you would like some inputs around farming, music production, film production, DJing, serving tables... I might have some content for you (:

What I Can Share with Hosts

Right now I cannot have people over as I am living at my Wwoof host's house. But as a guest, I'm happy to cook for you, to recommend great music based on your personal taste, and to share some good laughters!
