I grew up in NYC, but then moved to Seattle for High School. I've been lucky to be able to do a lot of traveling in my life. My favorite travel experience was bicycling from Seattle to Panama over 9 months with 4 of my friends.

Outdoor adventures are always top on my list including hiking, backpacking, skiing. I think a lot about emotional state, spirituality, and how the brain works. Music: 60s Classic and Psych Rock, 50s and 60s R&B, Soul, Funk, oldschool Reggae, African/Latin music. Most of what I listen to was recorded from the 50s - 70s, but I do like Radiohead.
