About Me
Hey! My name's Isaac, I'm from Melbourne (Naarm), Australia!
At uni I studied sustainability and international studies, so I love learning about all the unique quirks that make up different cultures. I've spent a bit of time living overseas - having been lucky enough to go on two exchanges: to northern Italy in high school, and to Sweden during university. I've also done a few trips to south-east asia and India. I absolutely cherish these experiences, and have learnt so much from the locals that I have met and lived with during these times.
In the last few years, my attention has been focussed much more inwards in to seeing more of, and further learning to appreciate all the beautiful places we have in Australia.
I'm always looking to learn, and I get a real kick out of sharing my own culture with the friends I meet while travelling.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here because I love to experience a culture from within whenever possible as I travel. The people I meet while overseas are time again the most memorable parts of my travels, and so getting to know people through couchsurfing appeals to me for this reason.
