ABOUT ME

I'm currently studying English and German at Heidelberg University! My dream is to teach languages abroad one day, especially somewhere in Asia.
I'm incredibly curious to meet people from all over the world, and if you come to my town, feel free to contact me! Though I'm not that great of a tour guide yet, I will do my best to learn lots about the sites of this town so I can explain it to you! So for now, if you're looking for someone to hang out with and explore the city together, go ahead and write me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had the chance to meet so many kind and interesting and brilliant people through Couchsurfing! Talking for hours in cafés and bars, exploring new places and generally having lots of fun!I hope to have many more positive experiences like this! Also, I had the amazing chance to couchsurf with the best hosts ever in Japan and hope I'll be able to host someone myself soon!

Interests

I love art (drawing, painting, photography), I love to learn new languages (current goal: Japanese) and I love to travel. I love listening to music and pretty much everything that has to do with (foreign) culture! I love movies and reading as well as going out with friends and having fun!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of movies/series and same goes for music. My favourite movies are the Lord of the Rings trilogy and my favourite TV series is The Walking Dead!

Recently, I like music by Adele and Hozier, but usually I listen to bands like the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

I like to read a variety of things, from "Pride and Prejudice" over "Harry Potter" and "The Hobbit" to Edgar Allan Poe's short stories!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing for me was going to Japan twice and living there for almost one year the first time and studying there for a year the second time! I met so many interesting people and made so many amazing friends... I most definitely will go again!!!

I am interested in learning more about the world and that pretty much means I'm curious to find out more about you, the things you are interested in, the place you live and the country you are from! I'd love to share travel stories, the way we see the world, anything really! Unfortunately, I'm not that great at cooking, but I love to make desserts, so if you like sweet things...
