I lived in Râmnicu Vâlcea, where I was a volunteer last year. I have a background in Law and a MB in International Law. I have a particular interest in Human Rights, that´s why I came to Romania working with the Rroma comunities , to add some practical knowledge on the field to my theorectical knowledge about the topic.

Currently I am not living there anymore, thus unfortunatelly I am not receiving guests. The place where I am living now do not have the conditions to receive people, but hopefully in the future I will be able to have guest in my place again.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing first of all because I like to meet new people and a very interesting way to do it is travelling. When I travel I always try to meet locals or people who knows the place well for I can discover the "hidden" and alternative places. Couchsurfing is the perfect opportunity to achieve that!
Also it is a pleasure to share my knowledge about the place where I am living in whilst meeting new people.

I listen to all genres of music, I love music in general: from trip-hop (bands such as Massive Attack, Bjork, Portishead, Tricky, Sneaker Pimps, Air, Thievery Corporation, etc.), metal (Pantera, Sepultura, Soulfly, Rage Against the Machine, etc.), punk (Sex Pistols, L7, Ramones, The toy dolls...), post-punk (The Cure, Joy Division, Cocteau Twins, The Glove), stoner rock (Orange Goblin, Kyuss, Down), jazz, mainly dixie, from the twenties, etc etc etc. Must say that my favourite singer is Bjork and favourite band Massive Attack!

I´m not so into those hollywood recent movies. Some of my favourite directors are: Michel Gondry, Emir Kusturica, Larry Clark, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Spike Jonzie Luis Buñuel, David Lynch.
Some of my favourite movies are: The Godfather (of course), The Clockwork Orange, Le Phantome de la Libertè, from Luis Buñuel, Eraserhead, from David Lynch, among so many others.

Unfortunately for me, I don´t read so much as I wanted but I like books from Eça de Queirós, a portuguese writer from the 19th century.
