i love a life of adventure, with some well planned bits too. i wrestle with my spontaneous side and obsession with organization and efficiency.

i want to like everything and everyone, so i approach the world with that attitude. of course, there are things i dislike, but i'm always happy when my mind is changed and i like something that i used to dislike.

more than anything else, i want to be happy and i want every single other person on earth to be happy too.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

making connections in new places with new people is pretty magical and i think couchsurfing is a great venue for that.

and traveling is expensive. i wish it wasn't, so here is to helping it cost a bit less!

my favorite books are non-fiction, mostly about morbid things. but i love a good "candy" book; a fiction that i can just fly through, loving every page.

i love all types of music from rap/hip hop to old religious music (think gregorian chants) to bluegrass to pop to.... ?

favorite movie of all time: the shining. i also love you're next, the orphanage, it's a wonderful life, clue. my favorite genres are horror and documentary.

i can teach about organization, about taking care of other people. i can teach about the usa. i can teach a little about painting, cooking, sewing.
