About Me

My name is Isabel Sophie Anna Schwarz, I am 19 years of age, almost 20.
I am originally from North Wales in a town called Wrexham.

I am currently a 2nd year fashion student staying at Northumbria, Newcastle.
I am a fun outgoing person who loves meeting new people, on big part about myself is that I am vegan, and despite what people may think I am an avid foodie! I love trying new things with regards to both food and new experiences/places.

I love to travel, and especially emerging myself in new cultures; and as I have an eye for design I love gaining inspiration and ideas from new places too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently a 2nd year fashion student staying at Northumbria, Newcastle; and with this course, during the year of 2015 I have the opportunity to do industrial placements/internships. I am looking to do this both in London and within the rest of Europe, so when I heard of couch surf (through my sister, who has a lot of experience with it worldwide) I thought it sounded like the perfect solution for my stays during internships.

Interests

Going to art galleries, fashion design, modelling, going to cocktail bars, city hopping, general socialising, yoga, cooking, eating out, festival going and exploring wherever it is I am!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love an array of music, everything from house to classical to simply beautiful singers! My favourite era at the minute has to be the 80s though, such feel good music! However I have one strong hate, being heavy metal - its just one of those I have never been able to understand/relate to.

Movies-wise I love my childhood classics, 'The Parent Trap' and so on, and I love a good Tim Burton Movie; Big Fish is one of my all time favourite films!

And as for books, I am mildly dyslexic, so find it hard to be enthralled by novels, however I love reading articles and books that incorporate an insight into an era or period or subculture, the factual kind.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am more than happy to cook you a lovely meal so you can taste my vegan cuisine! I love to cook so it's be a pleasure.

I would never say no to a bar outing or a coffee - anywhere that has a lychee cocktail or soy chai tea latte with my name on it, I'm there.
