Hey, my name is Isabel! I am a 22 year old who loves to explore new cultures and meet people.

I am currently a full-time humanities student in the Netherlands, but I try to travel as much as I can in between the breaks. I took two gap years after my high school where I worked as a kindergarten substitute and did a one year study on Global development . Also when I discovered my love for solo traveling:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I think this is a great way to meet the locals of the country and in that way get a better cultural understanding of it. And of course because it is a lot of fun to meet new people!
