Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have stayed in hostels, hotels and Airbnb as part of my previous travels, but meeting interesting people from different walks of life with different lived experiences, enriches my life. Living with locals who can shed light on their culture helps me better understand their way of life. And they give the BEST food suggestions, things to do, and the important, things to NOT do.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do not enjoy reading as I have a very short attention span to sit in one place and do anything for too long. This is not to say that I am not lazy sometimes, I am.

I love listening to all kinds of music, and definitely open to listening to new kinds of music. I love to listen to music other people enjoy as it is a small window into their lives.

If an alien were to invade the planet, I would show them "Into the wild". This movie had a huge impact on my life. As someone who enjoys solitude and always interested in both travel and giving back to the community, this movie helped throw light on the importance of sharing struggles and even the relevance of finding kind people on your travels or even traveling together with others.
