About Me

Next trip : Portugal in May 2019 !

I'm an adventurous girl, always opened to live something new and exciting. I love meeting locals and being shown around by the ones who know best 😉

My best trip was in Thailand in 2017 where I spent a whole month. I have incredible stories and memories of this country and am really looking forward to go back.

My mother is French so I've travelled in France a few times to see my family but I would like to discover more of Europe ❤

You can trust everyone that visits Quebec. They will all tell you that we are very friendly and opened people. We also are very polite. And I am all of those things 😉

If you're the partying style (which I can also be), you should also know that French Canadian are known to be good drinkers 😜

If you still have doubts here is the link to my Facebook profile :

I'm really hoping you'll host me 😊

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I did it for the first time in Thailand with my friend and I loved my experience! Our host was super interesting, very funny and outgoing so we had a good time 😊

I'm on Couchsurfing to meet new people and discover new places that only locals know about. I'm here to have an inside experience of the town I'm visiting and to exchange with my host 😊

I love talking about my country and getting to know better the one that I'm visiting. I think Quebec has a really nice culture and history.

Interests

I love outdoor activities at any time of the year : hiking, snowshoeing, cycling or even kayaking.

I like going to the museum depending on the exhibition : art or history.

When I'm visiting another country, I like eating out to taste some local food. I love eating ❤

I love theater and go very often back at home. I also really love music and love to go see shows of bands or groups I like.

I also like going out on bars or such. I enjoy taking a drink on a terrasse but unfortunately I don't like beer. I think that's my French side... 😜

Music, Movies, and Books

Music : I love everything except rap + I love French Canadian music such as Les Trois Accords

Books : favorite book is "La trilogie du bonheur" from Marie Laberge.

Cinema : geek alert for the MCU and Star Wars... and Harry Potter of course

TV shows : I'm a professional binge-watcher on Netflix. I love Greys Anatomy, The Office (US), Sons of Anarchy, Altered Carbon, Bates Motel, Games of Thrones and soooooo much more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Thailand, instead of riding elephants, my friend and I took care of one. We bathe him and gave him food. It was amazing!
I also drove my car from the East Coast to the West Coast, across the States and Canada. During my trip, I went to five national parks and through seven states and two provinces. I saw buffalos, grizzly bears, mountain sheeps, bighorn sheeps, deers and many prairie dogs. One of the best road trips ever!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to speak French (after all I'm a real teacher in real life). I can also teach you how to cook typical meals from Quebec like poutine, pâté chinois or pain doré.

I'm also really good to do brazilian bracelets. These are bracelets with colored strings and I do some patterns that make them really nice. So if you want me to teach you, I always have my strings with me when I travel 😊

I can also share some stories of my travels or give some advice depending on the country you want to visit and if I've been there.

I would love to learn to speak better Spanish or German... and cook local food since I love eating. Or anything else you are willing to teach me, I'm really open minded.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer you my positive energy, my thirst for discoveries and an exchange of culture: from Quebec to you 😊
Maybe I'll even convince to come in the winter!
