I am an extremely positive and ambitious person! I am a female Hispanic student studying abroad in Berlin for the year and am eager to explore! I study English Literature and back in California I attend the University of California Irvine.

When I am free it would be nice to grab a coffee with a fellow traveler! If there are any special events around Berlin during the week we could attend together too.

Don't have much experience but would love to change that!

Interests

Places and people capture my attention. New cultures and traditions different than your own are interesting. I spend my time reading, traveling, gaming, cosplaying, meeting new people, and exploring Berlin!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love animation. My favorite film is Finding Nemo. I do not believe that animated films are only for children, many times animated films can present deeper morals and meanings than any other type of medium. I enjoy Hayao Miyazaki's works, Dreamworks,anime, and my favorite Avatar: the last airbender.

For music I like a little of everything both in English and Spanish. Mumford and Sons, Selena, Jenni Rivera, Los Heroes del Silencio, Juanes, Mana, Mika, The Killers, Glee (little embarrassing), Adele, Kanye West, Fun, and more!

Shows I am currently obsessed with are Sherlock, Game of Thrones, Legend of Korra, and Downtown Abbey.

Books! Lots of books! The Hobbit, LOTR, His Dark materials, Neil Gaiman, Roald Dahl, Isabella Allende, Harry Potter, Poisonwood Bible, Amy Tan, Maya Angelou, and more.

Comics! Fun Home, Journey into Mystery, Cardcaptors, Clamp, One!Hundred!Demons!, Green Lantern.

Sadly, I do not have many talents but I can teach Spanish and English, Mexican and American culture. I love discussing movies and books!
