I am an openminded person who likes to meet new people from different countries and who loves to travel! :) I love being outside in the nature and simply enjoying beautiful landscapes, going hiking, biking or simply going for a walk. Besides, I love cooking :)
I am half German half Guatemalan and feel very connected to both cultures and I love both countries! I am very active and interested in a big variety of different things I would say ;-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had some truly great experiences with couchsurfers while travelling through Brasil, Peru and Bolivia. My friend and I, we met such lovely, warm-hearted and interesting people with whom we had a really good time and who definately enriched our travelling experience. Couchsurfing definately is the best way to explore new places and its people :)

Interests

I love to meet friends and cook together, do some sports. During summer I love to hang out in parks, reading a book, playing Beach Volleyball or meet with friends in one my hometown's beautiful "beer gardens".
Generally I do not like the winter very much but one thing I really like about it, is skiing in the Alpes which is a lot of fun!
Besides travelling, which is one of my biggest interests, I also love cooking and getting to know new dishes from other countries :) I enjoy meeting interesting people from different places and getting to know their culture, food, traditions etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to lots of different type of music. Depending on the situation I also like a lot to listen to latino music. I think it s always quite hard to name a favorite book or movie since there are so many good movies and books I have seen/read. But a couple of good movies I have seen recently and which I considered to be good was LA Crash, Conviction, Sin Nombre and Innocent Voices.
