ABOUT ME

I am a dreamer, a former arts exhibitions manager, a travelling passionate and a proud mom of three boys, Samuel, Gabriel and Simón. Our oldest is a curious, sensitive, warm human being who was born on November 2013, he is a great chatter, host and surfer. The middle one was born in June 2015, he is full of love and energy, extremely generous and loyal. He jumps like a little rabbit, loves music (he is constantly singing) and he is a great judge of character, not easily impressed. Our youngest, born in October 2019, is the happiest sweetest baby, he is always smiling and staring with his huge curious eyes. We also have a dog: Jet is a blonde male a Border Collie, born in December 2018, he lives visitors, is extremely friendly, full of energy and a drama queen. So if you are curious about their ages, go ahead and do the math. They are a never ending source of sweetness with charming personalities.

My husband is a tech and design lover, tinkering is his passion, he can be interested in many different and often random subjects, he is a very strong and hard working man who has successfully fulfilled every dream we have had so far.

We love our family, appreciate great art, and enjoy pretty much everything in good company: good food, music, great stories, you name it... We dream of traveling around the world as a family, it's definitely the way we want to spend our life, always searching for new experiences and opportunities, certainly nothing beats the experience of doing so with local kind people.

I believe every passing minute is a chance to change everything around and start pursuing dreams, you just have to decide which dream to pursuit first and start working towards it. I love surprises and details that make life better.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I joined the community many years ago I have chated with members, attended to meetings, couchsurfed, hosted, travel with members and built friendship, though all of this has happended in a short period of time I have always been open to show people around. Now that I have my own family, we are happy to be active members of the community, by offering advice, a place to stay and of course some company on the road. Also we are looking forward to receive advise to plan our trips, meeting you on our way, being hosted at your place, go sightseeing, attending to meetings, etc...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My couchsurfer experience so far has been great, back in Medellin several years ago I attended a couchsurfing meeting just to get away from an awkward hosting situation and meet people to hang out. I ended up meeting great people, been offered a couch to surf with an amazing hoster, surfing with two great persons who came back to Bogotá with me so I hosted them at my father´s house... To make the story short I found a great community of people open to receive you, share their house, family, house and culture with you, it´s so much more than a cheap way to travel, it makes possible to meet all kinds of people that live in the world and make it be what it is.

I have had the joy of meeting people from Germany, Switzerland, EE.UU, Rusia, Brazil, China, France... In the EE.UU and Brazil we were hosted by community members too and it was delighting.

I'm interested in arts, music, movies, plays, books, cooking, some sports, trekking, meeting all kinds of people... I enjoy pretty much everything. Every new activity is an amazing adventure!
