I'm a happy persona that likes meeting new people, specially if it's in the place they live, getting to know what thay love about living there and the things and people that surround them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The few couchsurfing experiences I have had opened my eyes very much on how your experience of a place can change.
In Rio de Janeiro I stayed with a family who we finaly ended up travelling with and had a great time, in Cordova (Argentina), we were ment to stay 2 days, that turned in to a week because we bacame such good friends of our hosts..
Couchsurfing reeinforces the idea that people are generous, friendly and work as a comunty, not individualy.

Interests

I grew up in a family obsesed with food, and it is something I live with a pasion, for me it represents so much of each culture and is somthing I will never stop learnig.

As well as that, I am in the process of becoming a doctor, I have graduated from university and will soon start working. I am interested in public health and understanding what each person/comunity's idea of health is, as this changes from one comunity to another and is something we all need to learn from.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies, but have a terrible memory for names and sometimes tend to forget things I have seen, this has the upside that I can watch great movies various times, haha.
While growing up there was always music on, from Violent Femmes, to The Police to Alpha Blondie.
From growing up in Spain I like different types of Spanish music and are very happy to share them with people I meet.

What I Can Share with Hosts

As I said I love cooking, so I can always teach a few Spanish dishes, or from other places in the world.
I am also very interested in activism, specialy related with health, femenism and migrant issues, and love to share opinions and experiences in these sferes.
