ABOUT ME

Italian girl born in England and lived almost all my life in San Diego California, odd combination.

I have just finished a VSO placement in rural Nepal so I'm used to roughing it accommodation wise, that's the best way to travel, really experiencing the culture and lifestyle, none of this luxury holiday rubbish! I spent three months teaching health and sanitation in rural Nepal and then had a bit of time to travel around Kathmandu and Bardia national park, on the border of India.

Spent wo weeks interrailing around Europe and traveled 3945 miles -
Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Slovenia, Monaco, France, Belgium, Holland.

Currently have the travel bug and am itching to get out of the UK and I've only been back since January! I'm an easy going student to be, I think I know what I want to do at uni (zoology/wildlife conservation) but for now I just want to calm my wanderlust.

I love exploring cities on my own accord, just sitting in a cafe with a map, planning a trip and leaving. I enjoy night life in cities, galleries, parks, city squares, local food, overheard conversations on buses, ice cream, high waisted shorts, stary skies, night noises, crepes and nutella, the sound of rain, charity shops, the movement of a city, lying in the sun, tattoos, people watching in airports, veggieburgers, collecting tickets, film photography, gypsy lifestyles, pressing flowers, high top Converse, piercings, smoothies, reading maps, chow mein noodles, fresh air, cat naps, the sea, black and white photography, hippies, markets, and festivals.
