I am an open-minded student that enjoys traveling and getting to know new cultures, languages and people. I am half french and have thus been raised with an interest in cultural diversity. I have just returned from one year in Peru, where I spent one year working in two different organisations. Now I have decided to take a gap year to travel through Europe before starting with my master studies in October 2019...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to get to know new cities and areas through the eyes of local people. It is really interesting to learn about cultural similarities and differences at first hand. In general I love getting to know new people as well as keeping in touch with them.

Interests

-Sports (amongst others I go rockclimbing)

-Music ( I play the flute, sing and am currently teaching myself to play acoustic guitar)

-Traveling ( new places/new faces)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked in South Africa as a biological volunteer and survived an unexpected and dangerous confrontation with an elephant in the african bush. Respect and clear communication literally saved my life! I've howled to the moon with a pack of wolves (and I still get goosebumps from the memory). Moreover, I've traveled to different countries as a member of a circus . Aaaaaand the list continues :P

Teach, Learn, Share

Amongst others I can teach you how to ride a unicycle, how to juggle, share tons of good stories and provide for your taste buds with some really good and healthy food.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can guarantee for good talks, tons of stories and a lot of laughs. Also, I can offer an open door for you as a couch surfer in Hamburg ! I would be glad to contact my friends in other countries and cities if you plan to travel somewhere else :)!
