My name is Isabelle and I grew up in Germany but have always loved travelling and meeting new people. In my free time I love learning new things like languages or just randomly browsing interesting things. Furthermore, I play the cello and accordion. Generally speaking, I am a very patient and calm person who is open to new experiences.

As I mentioned in my short bio, I love travelling and meeting new people and in my opinion meeting locals is the best way to travel and to get to know a culture or town. I also think it's a great way to maybe save some money and make friends all over the world.

I love all kinds of music like classical music, hard rock, acoustic music, alternative. I can get into any genre, it really depends on my mood.

My favorite book at the moment is "The Humans" by Matt Haig. I don't watch movies frequently, but I do like some TV shows like Parks and Recreation.

In 2016 I went on a tour with my accordion orchestra to Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. We had the amazing opportunity to bring our music to people who had less than we could ever imagine and still had bigger hearts than I had ever seen. Seeing the smile on their faces or hearing their cheerful voice was very fulfilling. We played 20 concerts and had the great opportunity to meet many inspiring people and get to know a country with an incomparable natural heritage. It's an experience that I am immensely grateful for and will never forget.
