About Me

I am a woman with a contagious smile who likes to learn, discover and share.

People tell me I am pleasant and easy-going.

I am very proud of my 4 sons who are now adults and out of the house.

I have been working on starting my own business for the last 3 years and this new project will see the light of day in a few months. So the timing is perfect for me to reconnect with my passion for travels and discovery.

My good friend Manon has been on Couchsurfing for a while now and keeps on talking about it to me. So I am giving it a try and hope to meet some amazing people along the way, either as a host or as a surfer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To me, couchsurfing seems like a wonderful way to travel and to get in touch with sociable people who will take pleasure in exchanging and to discover their part of the country.

And one of my biggest goals is to improve my English.

It is therefore essential for me to be in constant contact with people in order to discuss.

In addition there is nothing better than staying with local people to understand the soul of an area and to get the best advice on what to see and visit around.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music has an important place in my life, and my musical tastes are very varied.

Being an active woman, I do not watch much television.

On the other hand, I love reading a good book of personal growth that encourages introspection.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At 18 I traveled alone in Europe with my backpack for 6 weeks. It was a wonderful experience. I made new friends in youth hostels with whom I had the pleasure of going a little way. It's so rewarding to be with people of different cultures. This allows us to open our horizons.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you French.

Don't ask me to cook for you because I was never very good at it but I can help you in the kitchen.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A first easy and pleasant contact, to exchange on our life experiences, to learn what makes them vibrate, to be proud or to laugh in life. And I hope to travel through their eyes.

Countries I’ve Visited
