About Me

I am fun-loving, curious, passionate, open-minded, compassionate, friendly, morally-driven, real and down-to-earth person. I crave a life of adventure and human connection. I seek to fuel my curiousity through being exposed to a colourful array of opportunities create through travel, meeting new people, trying new things and keeping my heart and mind open to all the possibilities that await me.

I am led by my heartfelt desire for purpose in what I do and passion for the things I care about. My spirit welcomes evolution and change as fundamental to who I am. I believe challenging myself and ways of being/doing are also a massive part of my journey. As such, embracing and exploring avenues for growth remains a central part of who I am and who I aspire to be. I seek to be guided by my values which make me authentic, genuine and unique. I do not want to hold back or live by societies idea of 'normal', I will choose and create the life I wish to lead. I will always try to choose love over fear.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Human connection, meeting people of all different colourful backgrounds, perspectives and cultures and sharing the richness that diversity brings. I love immersing myself in authentic experiences with genuine and kind people and creating genuine connection. I get excited by the idea of meeting new and interesting people and having fun exploring new places :)

While I can't now, one day I hope to host couch surfers at my own place to give back and bring travel to me in my everyday life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been so fortunate to travel and meet some pretty amazing people. Creating connections with extraordinary people in extraordinary places is the highlight of my life so far.

Visiting and briefly living in Kenya was very very special to me.

Just a couple of fun things I have done:

Safari in the Maasai Mara, Kenya.
Hike in the Austrian Alps (Hallstatt)
Helicopter ride over Oahu, Hawaii.
Learning to surf here in beautiful Australia

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a massive believer in learning, teaching and sharing. I believe we are forever evolving and growing and by sharing our experiences with others, we contribute something to the world that wasn't there before. We are not only able to share but we are able to learn so many valuable life lessons from others and that is such a profound experience. I have a great love and appreciation for the philosophy 'everyone has something to teach and something to learn' :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a respectful, compassionate, thoughtful and genuine person who is very morally-driven and considerate. I will always try to do the right thing and will go above and beyond to be a great house-guest. I will welcome with open arms any invitations or suggestions on great things to see/do. While I love to have a chat and meet new people, I am also more than happy to do my own thing and take care of myself so I feel I am quite easy-going. Overall, I am a thoughtful, friendly guest who is more than grateful for anyone opening their home up to me and will show great respect for their home.
