CURRENT MISSION
To do and see what I've never done and seen before
ABOUT ME
Hi everyone! My name is Isabelle and I'm French. I'm a positive and dynamic person, always looking on the bright side and laughing out loud, and I don't like to take myself too seriously. I'm easy-going and love meeting new people from all over the world and sharing experience.
PHILOSOPHY
Carpe diem !
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I discovered CS in Australia. Think the idea is great so I'm keen to use it for my trips around Australia as well as hosting when I'm back in France.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Still new so far but willing to take part !
Interests
Cinema? Yeah definitively, especially the Italian one and movies from Woody Allen, I really like his sense of humour.
I like going to the theatre as well.
I like writing, and am interested in journalism. Discussing ideas and about what's happening in the world is always enriching.
I like listening to music, all kind of music as long as it's good to listen to, especially live during concerts or festivals, and I also play (or at least try to :p) the guitar.
I do all sorts of sports, tennis, surf (but someone needs to teach me because I kind of suck!), handball, ski.
A good book is always welcome, I like to take a few when I travel.
And of course hanging out with friends and meeting new people, it's always nice, especially when you don't know what your evening is going to be made of: I don't like to plan things, I prefer when it's spontanous and like being surprised (at least, most of the time :p).
And what I enjoy above all is to travel, discover new places and meet new people, that's why couchsurfing caught my attention :)

Music: Grace by Jeff Buckley

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I went to the very top of St Paul's Cathedral in London => AWESOME, you feel sooo high with this wonderful outlook over London !
Also when I went to Croatia, to a small and magnificent little place called Opatija, I got to swim in the clearest water I've ever seen ! It was so quiet and peaceful, absolutely fabulous.
And lately, road tripping in Australia which is a fabulous experience I would recommend to anyone, looking at the unspoilt nature gives you an amazing feeling of freedom!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you the Parisian accent. Might be useful, who knows !
