Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have lived abroad for many years (Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Vienna) but as I always had to host friends or friends of friends who came to my city I have never been able to host couchsurfers. I have always shared my flat with at least 4 people.

I have only really couchsurfed once, in Jerusalem, thanks to my friend Annalisa. It was an unforgettable experience. I really believe that I would have seen the city in a different expats-way without couchsurfing. Usually I only travel to places where I know someone 'cause I don't like acting like a tourist!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

An abandonned communist hospital in the outskirts of Berlin, there was even a forest in the top of the roof.
