Hi! I’m Isadora. I’m a communicative, cheerful, and friendly person. I love learning about other cultures, meeting new people, and being in nature. I was born in Brazil, in a city close to the Amazon (although maybe not the “Amazon” you imagine). Since I was little, I have always loved traveling and stepping out of my comfort zone. When I was 17, I went to Taiwan as an exchange student. After that experience, my perspective on life changed completely, and the desire to travel, learn about other cultures, and experience different ways of living grew inside me.

Right now, I’m in Italy for an exchange program, studying psychology. I’ll be here for six months and I want to learn about Italian culture, meet people, and also share a bit of my country (and my culture) with others.

I want to use this platform because, for me, the meaning of traveling is not just visiting tourist spots or checking off a list of famous places, but meeting people, sharing moments together, and broadening my perspective on life. Whether it’s talking to a grandfather in a square, observing the daily life of a city, or maybe going out with locals. In this sense, I believe that using this platform can be a valuable tool, not only for me but also for others :)

Ciao! Sono Isadora. Sono una persona comunicativa, solare e amichevole. Mi piace imparare sulle altre culture, conoscere nuove persone e stare nella natura. Sono nata in Brasile, in una città vicina all'Amazzonia (anche se magari non quella "Amazzonia" che immaginate). Da piccola mi è sempre piaciuto viaggiare e uscire dalla mia zona di comfort. Quando avevo 17 anni sono andata a Taiwan per fare uno scambio. Dopo questa esperienza, il mio modo di guardare la vita è cambiato, e il desiderio di viaggiare, imparare sulle altre culture e provare diverse forme di vivere è cresciuto dentro di me.
Adesso sono venuta in Italia per fare uno scambio, studiando psicologia. Sarò qui per 6 mesi e voglio imparare sulla cultura italiana, conoscere persone e anche presentare un po' del mio paese (e della mia cultura) agli altri.
Voglio usare questa piattaforma perché per me il senso di viaggiare non è solo visitare i posti turistici o fare una "checklist" dei posti più conosciuti, ma conoscere persone, condividere momenti insieme e ampliare il modo di vedere la vita. Sia parlando con un nonno in una piazza, sia osservando la quotidianità della città o forse uscendo con le persone del posto. In questo senso, penso che usare questa piattaforma possa essere uno strumento prezioso, non solo per me, ma anche per gli altri :)

I’m an outgoing person, who loves to hear others histories. I believe that for having a nice time together, respect is the most important thing. Keeping it in mind, when I’m in someone’s house I always try to keep everything clean and organized, respecting their habits, personal space and routine.
I am looking forward spending time together and to getting to know each other, but I know you have your own routine and I don't expect you to spend your whole time with me :)
