Japanese,40years old, man,graphic designer,photographer,magazine editor. My wife and I are traveling around the world to meet different of artists for our independent magazine publishing project. We would like to have an opportunity to get involved in local underground art scene and learn how the artists face their artistic lives.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We did the long journey through the world for 2 years and met 92 artists for our independent magazine series "Studio Journal knock". As we were traveling, we visited artists' studios and interviewed and photographed. Then in our hostel or guesthouse, we edited whole 150pages magazine and printed in Japan by sending the completed data. We have published 5 titles so far by this process and recently we are traveling Northern and Eastern Europe to make new issue!
