About Me
ABOUT ME
I am half italian and half american; grew up in Rome and travelled to America every summer until my last year of highschool. At the moment I am living in London doing bits of work here & there, preparing for big travels and living in a warehouse with 25 artists.
In the same boat as many others exploring the different cultural, social, cyber contexts that this world has to offer and trying to collect the pieces of the puzzle that is myself.
I am humorous, straightforward, polite and somewhat wacky. As a kid, I have been to many diff countries such as Japan, Galapagos islands, Africa and the US. Therefore have been exposed to many different cultures and love to meet, talk and get lost with people.
I can be super chatty sometimes because I am enthusiastic about so many things and like to get caught up in conversation, but also very wary of others' needs and desires; if you're tired and need to get to bed I am not going to keep anyone awake. I can cook some maaaaaad veggie (and non) meals and enjoy to do so for others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I am a firm believer in community living, sharing and people helping one another while giving each other unique experiences. I live in a warehouse with a lot of people, have hitchhiked, have been in squats, and have couchsurfed before. I am adaptable to situations and have lived different social contexts and find that sharing - giving & taking is important.

Music, Movies, and Books
The naked lunch, all Miyazaki films, Tarantino films, Emir Kustirika films, Tarkovsky.... anything experimental and documentaries (that are done well)
Books: shantaram, just kids, Calvino.... academic texts on social media, chuck palahniuk....graphic novels.
When it comes to music- I listen to everything depending upon my mood- from brazilian Johnny Hooker to Boards of Canada to tech-trance to italian classics to Pink Floyd to Chemical Brothers to Iron & Wine.
And I love to listen to Alan Watts lectures (his voice is on point, yo!)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have bungee jumped on the Zambezi River and have joined Senegalese men in their last dinner after they completed their Ramadan in an occupied cave in Granada.
Hitchhiking. That is all I have to say.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Food, Words, Experience, Humour.
Anything artistically collaborative I am up for as well! :)
