Overview
About Me
I’m passionate about traveling and love hosting people especially when I get the chance to impress them with my cooking!
Right now, I’m working as a doctoral researcher at Tampere University. I recently moved to Helsinki from Tampere and am currently staying in a serviced apartment located about 5 km from Helsinki Railway Station, in Herttoniemi.
At the moment, I can only host one male guest. There’s one large bed — if you’re comfortable to share the same bed with me then you are welcome to my place.
Always excited to meet new people, share stories, and make meaningful connections along the way. Let’s be friends!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A friend introduced me to Couchsurfing a while back, but at the time I was stuck in a shared apartment — no space, no privacy, and definitely no hosting vibes.
Fast forward to now: I’ve upgraded to a cozy little studio, and I’m finally free to dive into the Couchsurfing world!
I’m here because I love meeting awesome people from all over the world, hearing wild travel stories, and sharing my own (over some home-cooked food, of course). Culture swaps, deep convos, random adventures — I’m in for all of it. Let’s make some cool memories together! 🌍

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Pop songs, classical music and indian music.
Movies: Avenger End game, captain America civil war, Dark knight, dark knight rises, Harry potter series, seven, the usual suspects, the cabin in the woods, the others.
Books: All Agatha Christie books, hearthstopper, harry potter, gone girl.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’m a simple and naturally shy person, so putting myself out there — meeting new people, traveling solo, and opening up to different cultures — has been a big (and amazing!) step for me. It might not be skydiving or climbing Everest, but for me, it’s been a personal adventure worth celebrating.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I’m always down to share my favorite recipes and give you a taste of my Asian culture — literally and culturally!
I also love swapping travel stories — from the wild, the weird, to the unforgettable. If you’re into good food, great convos, and a bit of culture exchange, we’ll get along just fine.
