About Me
ABOUT ME
Former corporate mofo relearning how to live and thrive. I have always lived around the Philadelphia area, and it is still my home base when I’m not traveling.
I love coffee, travel, food, dance, music, the beach, the mountains, and exploring nature. If it’s a weird, thrilling or mysterious experience, you have my attention.
I am very laid back and go with the flow of life, but I love a good house party and rage every so often too. I embrace change, thrive on meaningful conversations with strangers and close friends/family, and I enjoy trading good memories over coffee or wine or ?
I have many hobbies and I like to goof around most of the time.
I am a very abstract and creative thinker, easy-going, but also quite skeptical and sarcastic at times...INTP (if you like Meyers-Briggs).

PHILOSOPHY
I value freedom, fun and learning. I’m extremely grateful for every experience in my past and future. A healthy balance is very important to me.
“Don’t die with your music still inside you. Listen to your intuitive inner voice and find what passion stirs your soul. Listen to that inner voice, and don’t get to the end of your life and say, ‘What if my whole life has been wrong?”
– Dr. Wayne W. Dyer, best-selling author and an amazing individual.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am traveling alone now and I don’t want to be a stranger in a strange land.

Music, Movies, and Books
Reggae, deep house, 90s hip hop and new wave/synth are my go-tos. I’ll share my playlists or we can talk more about music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In January 2018 I walked away from my very good job of 10 years. It was very hard to leave a cushy corporate job and start from scratch, but here I am proving that happiness goes beyond those pristine four walls.
Ok one more...I started a community garden from scratch and received grant funding from a university and the Borough to continue expanding the project.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I can help you practice English, show you how to properly cup coffee, cook yummy food, and will try to make you laugh. I grew up near lots of wilderness and can teach you a lot about plants and habitats.
Learn: Languages (functional but especially funny phrases, tongue twisters and bad words😃).
Share: Life experiences, ideas, wildest dreams, bucket lists, etc.
