About Me

I'm a guy from Mexico city passionate about knowing new places and people, learning new languages and different cultures. I'm currently an Architecture student at my town where I also enjoy and spend a big part of my time doing Slackline, growing an Slackline Community with some fellows, with them we travel a lot to places not so far and do many Highline trips to keep pushing on this sport.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe in sharing and growing a community based on this principle, to me couchsurfing is that, is to form bonds stronger than usual between people who are from different places around the world and gather them to share experience and to lend opportunities to people to really know places, not in a turistical way, but engaging with the traditions and the community of a certain place, all of this without restricting the liberty of people to travel around.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a particularly favorite music, because to me there are many genres that produce amazing pieces of art, I have an inclination for Progressive Rock and Jazz music, but I also enjoy all kinds of alternative music, like electronic, house music, IDM, Glitch, Trip Hop, Industrial, Indie, Funk, Metal. I'm also passionate about folk music. I'm not learned on this but I like cinema, my favorite kind of movies are animated ones, mostly japanese animation w/ directors like Satoshi Kon. I'm also into some directors like Jan Svankmajer, Cronenberg, Gaspar Noe, Park Chan-Wook, Kurozawa, Kim Ki duk, and one of my favorites: David Lynch.
I also don't have a particular taste in literature, but I tend to read more on philosophy, my favorite books so far are Crime and Punishment by Dostoievsky, Also Sprach Zarathustra by Nietzche, Aleph by Jorge Luis Borges and many others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess my most amazing adventures are travelling around México, knowing rad places and locations to do highline with my slackline community.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm on disposition to teach everything that I know, Slackline, Music, Drawing, Spanish & English languages, Architecture, and everything else that I know I'll be happy to teach.
I'm also on big disposition to learn, mostly interested in learning about performing arts, craftmanship, offices like woodwork, construction, permaculture, and also interested in learning about cooking and organic farming.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share homework, music, Slackline, Art, and also my hands and strenght for any work that's needed.
