ABOUT ME

Lived in Virginia my whole life, but have had the opportunity to see many different parts of the world. Completed a cross country bicycle trip a few years back, and spent a few months just traveling around the country doing odd jobs. For now I have somewhat settled down but from time to time feel the urge to just take off.

Recently had the fantastic opportunity to explore my "mother land" of India and take a course to learn and teach Yoga. So am currently doing that part time here in the states and making a living doing other jobs.

Any thing from biking, exploring, yoga, good food, self-exploration.. It's hard to find an end to interest.. Wish there was more time in a day to enjoy all of it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

hmmm, I've had my share of adventures, traveled here and there, bicycled long distances... but what I feel is the most amazing is to begin gaining insight into oneself and understanding our habits, fears, and overall patterns which prevent us from living authentically. Thus allowing us to live more freely and joyfully without having to show a false image to the world.

What I Can Share with Hosts
