About Me

CURRENT MISSION

network and see more of the world.

ABOUT ME

Former sailor and technician in the oil field. I am an out gay man who is more masculine than others(hello oilfield). I respect other people and their points of view. Outgoing and adventerous! Love food and drink and good conversation. I think enjoying a meal, drinks or just good conversation is a great way to pass time. If alone I can hit up a coffee shop or cafe and people watch. If traveling I don't wake up late and watch tv and veg. I love to wake up and quick weather report and CNN or NPR, then back pack and be on my way. Live life cuz it's to short to squander.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is to short so do as much as you can to have less regrets later. Life is a network so build one!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm wanting to see more and do more. I would host but I am always on the road at least 7-10 hrs away from home. Single and thirsting for adventure.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None as of yet.

Interests

Photography. Nothing pro just capturing a moment I would like to remember in the future. Getting to know people and walking. Walking will get me to a bar or tavern for drinks.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies-matrix, steel magnolias and cloud atlas. Books- Biographies- Madeline Albright. Music- jazz. Real jazz. Latin pop. American pop. Rock and 80's baby.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me it has been swimming with dolphins in Bahrain and walking thru Greek ruins on the island of Crete with a six pack of Heineken in my back pack.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn about things I never knew. Places, foods, ideas. Different perspectives of life. I turn I too want to teach and share my experiences and where I came from. Share a bottle of wine and great conversation.
