My studies. I am doing a masters degree in Communication, focusing on communicating issues of Forest and Nature Conservation between science, policy makers and the public. I am invested in environmental issues in general, and also very interested in networking and communication.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I assisted a dog in giving birth to a total of 11 puppies and helped clean them and watched them start walking. Pretty amazing.

When I was 19 I went off to spend the summer in Atlantic City with a friend of mine. I worked two jobs for 4 months and lived on my own in a foreign country for the first time. It's quite the trip from Bulgaria to the US. It's still one of my favorite summers of all time.

I spent 3 months in the Albanian countryside doing field research for my master thesis. I saw people regrowing their forests and rebuilding their environment with enthusiasm and hope, despite harsh conditions.

Also, I saw the latest X-Men movie last week, that left me pretty awestruck too.
