Overview
About Me
21 year old guy from Costa Rica who currently lives in Budapest. I started my studies in International Relations back home but was awarded a governmental scholarship by Hungary to come study at Corvinus University of Budapest.
I consider myself a free Soul in a way. I really love to explore the unknown, get to different places, talk to locals and wander on Nature. I love connecting with those in alternative life paths to the mainstream ways imposed by tradition. I am very outspoken and I love connecting through conversation with others. It’s fascinating sharing with others my point of view, but also learning from people their perspective on things. At the end of the day that is why we are here on this life path: to integrate the lessons that are meant to be part of our journey.
I love running, reading regarding spirituality, yoga, getting my hands dirty in the garden and photography. I am very passionate about living as simple as possible, embracing the present moment and forgetting about the anxiety of the future and the nostalgia from the past. Embrace the divine and let yourself let go.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I found it an extraordinary way of getting to know locals in those places where I am traveling. I always travel by myself so it is nice to have some company.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love New Age music, healing frequencies, and especially William Ellwood, a Canadian composer that has the best music when it comes to disconnect Yourself from the noisy outer world. I am not a movies/series person, but my favorite of all time would be the first four seasons of American Horror Story.
When it comes to reading, currently I like to read biographies; and articles related to
agriculture, farming, and spirituality.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveled to New York by myself at age 17 for a United Nations Youth Conference, ran half-marathons on random days I wake up at 5.00 in the middle of the Caribbean Jungle in Costa Rica, traveled to 10 countries this last Summer
Teach, Learn, Share
I think I perceive life as a giving/receiving experience. In my case, I love to give advice to others, share my point of view to enrich somebody else’s perspective, and although I am reserved, I always try to open myself to those who are worth sharing time and energy with.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share with Hosts amazing conversations and time together. I also like to help keeping everything nice and clean when I get to somebody’s home. I love expanding over what Costa Rica as my homecountry entails. As a traveler I have discovered how determining a country is when it comes to lifestyle and habits.
