Overview
About Me
Hi everyone, The name is Ismail and I’m living in Paris. I’ve been here since 2025. I enjoy using the nickname “sincere,” which is displayed in my name section.
I was born and raised in the coastal city of Turkey, İzmir🏖️. Was spending countless hours playing on the streets when I was a child. I feel that my generation might be the last to experience street life.
I graduated from Istanbul Technical University (İTÜ) 🎓in 2020 with a bachelor degree in civil engineering. I have a passion for science and technology, I’m eager to learn more about the scientific world.
I’m a calm and relaxed person who genuinely enjoys spending time with others. Perhaps a cup of coffee and a variety of topics to discuss would be ideal.
I enjoy philosophy, but I don’t necessarily discuss it with everyone. If the conversation naturally leads us there, then it’s perfectly fine to discuss it.
Professionally i work in the construction industry🧱(real estate investment) and also in my spare time, provide a free life coaching service to students. It’s for helping the society.
I enjoy leading, and I feel a sense of masculinity when I do so. My masculinity is traditional, with classic masculine behaviors, manly man, old school.
(Please don’t offer me gay content. I’m not gay, and I’m tired of receiving gay offers on this app. I’m straight.) ⛔️🚫
Philosophy: 📚📖
It’s a well-known fact that if you start to see nicely, you will start to think nicely and the one who thinks nicely, definitely enjoy his/her life
For your kind information: this page is not designed by AI, I just tried to express myself by my own way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Over the years, both in my career and through this app, I’ve crossed paths with people from every walk of life. Wealthy businessmen and those struggling to get by. Deep believers and firm atheists. Individuals without formal education and accomplished professors. I’ve listened to stories ranging from quiet resilience to raw vulnerability—from someone who once stood at the edge of life, to someone dreaming of immortality.
Through all of these encounters, one lesson has stayed with me: sincerity matters. It’s rare, but it’s powerful.
Perhaps that’s why I chose this nickname, sincere.
And maybe that’s why I’m here—because every person carries a story, and every story adds something new to the journey.
Interests
I want to share that sometimes, I simply listen to the noise of the crowd or have music on my ear while watching the city. I find great joy in experiencing the urban environment.
I’m certainly passionate about science, but that doesn’t mean I discuss it incessantly. Another activity that I genuinely enjoy is exploring nature. I love going for walks in the forest and discovering hidden sights such as waterfalls and rivers.
When I have guests, I particularly enjoy showing them around the city. I introduce them to its hidden gems, share information about the local cuisine, and provide them with specific and iconic details about the places we visit.
I’m also a true coffee enthusiast who has had the pleasure of experiencing a wide variety of cafes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I embarked on an incredible Europe tour in my car, and I must say, it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I visited 11 countries in just one trip, covering approximately 12,000 kilometers. It was an unforgettable adventure!
Another crazy thing I’ve done is that my friends and I embarked on a journey across Turkey, visiting almost 35 cities in about 30 days. We traveled the entire way on the roads.
