My name is Ismail a and I'm from Morocco, now I'm into a new experience for one year in France for EVS (European Voluntary Service)
I love meeting new people, exchanging and acquiring different kind of knowledge and experiences, always learning, discovering and adapting.
I travel a lot for adventure and to connect with nature, one of my passions is photography because it allows me to capture emotions, memories and keep a reminder of places I visited and people I met, I'm open to learn about deferent cultures through the people I meet, I have a good sense of humor and an easygoing character,

I enjoy outdoor activities, hiking, biking, football, Frisbee and love board games. I love trying foods everywhere I go and love to cook when I'm home or camping.

Learning from other cultures is refreshing and enlightening.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to discover and see cities and countries through the eyes of locals besides showing around my city and country to others which make Couchsurfing a great platform for people like me.

Interests

I'm passionate about photography and videography, I love to freeze moments and make them immortal.

I'm a sports lover, I am a member of the Moroccan Lion Club of Frisbee, I love hiking in the mountains.

Music : I'm a big fan of soul music and my favorite singer is Oum and she is Moroccan
I love jazz and classic music too.

Books : I love to read, especially while traveling, I read everything with all languages that I know.

Movies : adventure movies and especially if they're based on true stories like : into the wild, tracks, the way, 172 hours...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

10 days solo travel through the MiddleAtlas, where I discovered beautiful nature and meet lovely locals.

I've bees twice to the summit of Toubkal mountain (4164m) 2nd summit of Africa.

Having the opportunity to be your guest of your host, that is amazing to me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Arabic/Moroccan dialect, English and French.
I can show you how to prepare some basic Moroccan meals.
Teach about the Moroccan culture.
I can share my place, city, knowledge and experiences.
I'm ready to learn from others experiences, cultures and anything new(language, food, music, dance.....).
