Overview
About Me
I like to define myself as European since I grew up in different parts of Europe but I am also Afro Caribbean since I was born in Haiti, the first island where I landed Columbus a long time ago. I have been a language coach for two years, my goal is to make my students independent during their learning path, to nourish their desire to learn and become bilingual. I grew up in multicultural environments where there was a lot of intellectualism, so I am a good listener and I like to dialogue as much as debate, as much as laugh about different topics. Love as a weapon and humor as a shield is my motto :)
I am also very practical and I like to use my hands to create. I consider art as a therapy and I am currently learning to paint but you can see some of my creations on my insta: Copilte Therapy
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on couchsurfing since 2018 and I liked it right away because it allowed me to meet fantastic people with whom I am still in contact. It is an alternative platform, a way of thinking that goes to the heart of the great consumerist ideologies.
As Terence McKenna says, we need to give more importance to direct experiences. The people we meet can be examples of direct experiences that allow us to truly appreciate a city. After all what is the purpose of travelling if not to meet people and see other examples of ways of life? Only the inhabitants can tell you how to live them to the fullest and how to look at them to understand fully what are you looking at.

Teach, Learn, Share
I am very interested in studies on human beings in general. What makes us define ourselves as humans? What do we do with what we know?
Is there humanity without culture? Why culture is capable of dehumanizing humans?. In short, it seems, sociology is anthropology without poetry 😁🙊.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can give a tarot reading or another association system or art therapy session. I cook well so take advantage of it and ask me to cook you something! I can also give good advice for your identity and professional goals, unfortunately my advices in love are terribles :)
