I grew up in California and Iowa, moving a lot...I've lived at 24 different addresses in my 26 years! this gives me a restlessness and desire to travel, keep moving. I'm a very friendly, open minded and conscientious person with an unconventional approach to life. I'm very social and I like to have decadent fun!

I rescue stray cats, love to ride my bike all over the city, do yoga, meditation. am into film, literature, art, music, cooking and eating yummy vegetarian food (and fish!), holistic medicine, making new friends, exploring...

Music, Movies, and Books

too many to mention...i like post punk, jazz, indie rock, experimental stuff... for films, i lean towards euro art films of the 60s and 70s especially. my favorite book is probably lolita, which horrifies a lot of people, but i find it fascinating and the prose is gorgeously evocative.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first thing that comes to mind is wading through a steaming blue river in iceland...where the ground all around was yellow, red, white, and also steaming...but that's just one of many many moments i've been blessed with.

I can teach meditation and give advice on rescuing and caring for stray cats!
