Overview
About Me
I have been backpacking and slow travelling since the ripe age of 18,5. Even as a student for a total of 6 years, I have maintained this lifestyle as much as I could - moving around within the same city and seizing any opportunity to study abroad.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A little bit cliché, but I'd like to meet locals and participating in CS events. I have spent an awful number of years (combined!) living in hostels to make living cheap(er). But the problem when you travel is that you tend to end up with your fellow countrymen or other foreigners in hostels and you miss out on the opportunity to experience the places authentically.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have walked on the baikal lake that started melting down ( I have a video that proves it, because I too still have a hard time believing this actually happened! )
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a language enthusiast, so I love talking about linguistics and sharing my tips on how to learn languages
What I Can Share with Hosts
I hate feeling like a parasite when I am being hosted, so I always clean around and never come with bare hands!
